Things you should know prior to scheduling your appointment.

GENERAL

In order to better serve our customers, below are our spa policies and etiquette. If you have any additional concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us.

  • No pets allowed.
  • No refunds on services rendered.
  • We are not responsible for any personal items left behind.
  • No Checks accepted.
  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
GROUP PARTIES

Make a fashion statement. Let Cielo Nail Sa be your next social gathering venue. Whether it may be a bachelorette party, bridal shower, birthday, corporate event, or just a get-together, Cielo is the place to be!

  • Complimentary wine for group parties.
  • Snacks and treats are welcome
  • Accommodations for large group parties by our highly efficient staff
  • We can customize any party packages to satisfy your needs. Ask to speak to an event specialist for further information.

We require a deposit of 20% of all rendered services for group parties’ reservations. Cancellations within 24 hours are required or else deposit will be surrendered. Additionally, a 20% gratuity will be charged to your total statement at the end of service. Please request approval if bringing outside liquor, food, or decorations. Thank you!

APPOINTMENT

We recommend that appointments be made in advance to accommodate your specific scheduling requests; however, walk-ins are always welcome based upob availability.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. A credit card number will be required to make a reservation when scheduling for 4 or more people. Failure to show for a scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services to your credit card account. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired times can be reserved.

Gift Card

Gift Card are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift Card are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen.

Conduct / Etiquette

No cell phones please. We ask that all guests of CIELO NAIL SPA keep voice levels to a minimum as we have created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Children are only allowed when they are receiving services.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, but no personal checks, please. Tipping is customary and we recommend 15 - 20% of the provided service.

An Important Reminder

Please inform your Aestheticians, Massage Therapists, and Nail Specialist of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medications you are taking, and any changes since your last treatment.
